    1. 2016 — now

      Founder & Creative Director, FireDrum Studios

      Lead CGI and VFX from first brief to final delivery. Supervise 3D, compositing, simulation, motion and AI-assisted pipelines for advertising, film and branded content.

      Assistant Professor, Daffodil International University

      Teach Character Design and Composition in the Department of Multimedia and Creative Technology, with digital sculpting in ZBrush.

    A visual storyteller from Dhaka.

    I'm Shameek Khandoker Monon, a VFX supervisor, CG supervisor and AI video creator. I started as a 3D generalist in 2010 and spent six years leading CGI at Dot 3 Production.

    In 2016 I started FireDrum Studios in Dhaka. Today 20 artists and technologists work with me on TVCs, feature films, music videos and product films, mixing classic CG with new AI workflows.

    I also teach character design at Daffodil International University. Students keep me curious, and I bring what I learn back into the studio.
